The Smasher is a nomadic press powered by a high quality Silent air compressor made by GMC. The fruit wedges are smashed to extract all the juice from the fruit as well as the oil from the peel to give the fruit chiller that great one of a kind taste. The Smasher has a unique sound to it guaranteed to attract customers to the booth.
The table top not only houses the Smasher, it keeps the fruit wedges fresh in the restaurant quality compartments to assure a fresh clean taste. The sugar is stored in high quality dispensers that measure the exact quantity that is being dispensed per squeeze. The Ice Coolers are built into the table, and the ice scoopers are stored in holders to ensure the ice is kept clean for consumption.

The booth is set up for one or two operators to make fresh Ice Cold Fruit Chillers and/or hand popped Kettle Corn quickly to avoid a long line from forming. Everything needed to make the fruit chillers and Kettle Corn is within arm’s reach of the concession booth operators. The ice coolers, fruit puree, sugar, fruit wedges, smasher, citrus premix, cups and lids are easily accessed on either side of the booth. With similar ease of our 80quart enclosed Kettle and sifting table for 31 gourmet flavored Kettle Corn.

The three compartment stainless steel sink with two drain boards has an attached hand washing sink with splash guards. The sink has both hot and cold running water, and is NFS and health department approved to assure that the utensils and equipment is keep clean and sanitized during the daily concession booth operations.
